Christmas Booking Policy
These conditions apply to boarding bookings between the 15th of December to the 15th of January
- A minimum booking is for 10 days
- A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking to secure the reservation
- The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings
- A full day will be charged on both the checking-in day and checking-out day, regardless of the time you arrive or depart
- A $6.75 incl GST public holiday surcharge per pet is applicable on the 25th December, 26th December, 1st January and 2nd January
- Long Stay Discounts are not available during this peak period
- Due to demand for accommodation and extra staffing requirements during peak periods, your original booking dates will still be charged if you pick your pet up early
- Reception will be closed Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January)
